APPOINTMENT POLICY

– We do not require a deposit to book an appointment. Please arrive on time out of respect for our technicians and other guests.

– If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

– Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or wait for the next available technician.

– To book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call us directly at (817) 453-9879.

– Walk-ins are always welcome and are served based on technician availability.

SALON POLICY

– No refunds. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform our manager before leaving the salon so we can make every effort to resolve the issue.

– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious nail or skin conditions, open wounds, or any condition that may affect the safety of our clients and staff.

– We do not perform ingrown toenail removal. Please consult a licensed medical professional for proper treatment.

– Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We are not responsible for unattended children.

– We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

– Please keep your phone on silent and help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

– No pets are allowed inside the salon unless they are certified service animals.

– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

GUARANTEE POLICY

– Gel Polish, Dip Powder, Acrylic, Builder Gel, T.A.P. Hybrid Gel, and Gel-X services are guaranteed for 7 days against lifting or chipping caused by normal wear.

– Regular nail polish is not covered under our guarantee.

– Repairs resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care are not included.

– Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues during the guarantee period.
